Rachel Klubeck

Rachel grew up in Norman, OK where she later graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Rachel is the founder of Loud Legal PLLC and has been practicing cannabis law and compliance since 2018. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Rachel is on the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) Committee. She is also a member of the International Cannabis Bar Association (INCBA) and Oklahoma Bar Association, and sits on on the Cannabis Law Committee for the Oklahoma Bar Association.

In 2019, Rachel received the NextGen Under 30 award for her achievements in the Oklahoma cannabis law industry. Her article “Waste Not Want Not” about cannabis waste was published in the first ever medical marijuana edition of the Oklahoma Bar Journal (March 2020), making her one of the youngest published attorneys in OBJ history at age 27. In 2021 as well as 2022, Rachel was awarded the Super Lawyers Rising Star – a distinction only 2.5% of Oklahoma attorneys accomplish.
